Governor Patrick signed Executive Order 523 this past June,  establishing a Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP) in Massachusetts.

The program’s mission is to support growth of small businesses by directing state spending for non-construction goods and service to SBPP-eligible vendors in Comm-PASS.
