Massachusetts Health Care penalties for 2013

The penalties for individuals and families not having the required health care coverage are shown in the attached Chart:

Note that if you are without health insurance for less than 3 months there is no penalty.  Also, if you have unusual circumstances you can appeal the penalty.  For more information visit the web-site or call the telephone number shown below  “Health Connector”
