The changes enacted for healthcare reform are coming into effect and information continues be available from many sources.  My goal is to give you the most concise information that will be easy for you to read and understand.  Today I am posting a  notice that is required to be distributed to all employees before the end of October if the employer does not provide health insurance:

Note that if you decide to complete an application for coverage through the marketplace you will need to provide the information shown on page 2.

The program has some similarities with the Massachusetts health care requirements so it may be bit easier to understand for those with exposure to it.  Stay tuned for more information to be posted here as things progress.
